Breed Specific Grooming
What is breed specific grooming?
Grooming is more than just your pet looking its best at Pet Styles.
Every breed (and mixed breed) is a unique blend (of many dogs before them!) with certain predominant coat & skin characteristics that make them look and feel and the way we care for them when we groom them.
The thick curly coat of a poodle is much different than the thick undercoat coat of a malamute and needs to be treated differently to help them look good and to prevent skin and coat problems.
These are some of the top breeds that we see for instance that need to be thoroughly blow dried following bathing to prevent matting and to prevent “hot spots”
